Mr. Bearman serves as Co-Executive Director of The Sidney R. Baer, Jr. Foundation. Prior to this role, he served for 9 years as an advisor to the Foundation’s Grant-Making Committee, working under the mentorship of the late George Handran.
A fifth generation St. Louisan, Mr. Bearman has worked to support many local charitable and civic organizations.

Mr. Schmid serves as the Senior Vice President for U.S. Bank Private Wealth Management. He has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years. Since his involvement with the Sidney R. Baer, Jr. Foundation began in 2011, Mr. Schmid has successfully expanded the Baer Foundation’s partnerships with medical institutions, educational institutions, other charitable organizations and Mr. Baer’s own extended family.
As a Trust Officer, Ms. Springer provides trust and estate services to individuals and families at all stages of life, and helps manage the complexities of wealth preservation and distribution. She is supported by a seasoned team of specialists well versed in the interpretation of governing documents, taxation and relevant state statutes that impact the administration of accounts like yours.
